All calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser. We do not collect or transmit your financial calculations unless you explicitly save them to your account.

• Saved scenarios: Calculator inputs and results you choose to save
• Subscription status: Your plan type and billing status

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a reference ID from Stripe.

Usage Analytics (With Consent)

With your consent, we collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics to understand which calculators are most useful and improve our service.

Technical Data

Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, device type) for security and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account
• To process subscription payments
• To save and sync your scenarios across devices
• To send important account notifications (password resets, subscription changes)

• Saved scenarios: Retained while your account is active; 30 days after account deletion
• Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)

• Server logs: 30 days

Data Security

CalcGrid is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access CalcGrid from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and for significant changes, sending an email to registered users.
